Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Noble Socials. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We sign you out after 15 minutes of inactivity for your protection.
• One person may not run multiple accounts to abuse promotions or refunds.

2. Digital accounts

• Social media accounts are delivered instantly from stock after payment and appear in your Orders page.
• Change the password, email and recovery details immediately after delivery. Once you take control of an account, its security is your responsibility.
• You must use purchased accounts in line with each platform's own rules. We are not affiliated with Instagram, X, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform.

3. Social growth services

Where offered, growth services (such as followers or engagement) are delivered by third-party providers. Delivery times are estimates and platforms may remove engagement at their discretion.

4. Wallet funding

• Purchases are paid from your Naira (₦) wallet, funded through Paystack.
• Each deposit must be between ₦500 and ₦1,000,000.
• Wallet balances are not bank deposits, earn no interest and cannot be transferred to other users.
• We may hold or reverse credits linked to fraud, chargebacks or payment errors.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use Noble Socials for fraud, harassment, impersonation, spam or any unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms on accounts after delivery.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
